Who stands behind Jambiance?

The Principals behind this business are accomplished professionals who previously worked in the fields of business, law, military and investment management.  Precision operations and confidentiality have always been our everyday work.  It goes without saying that the same practices are applied here.

How long have you been in business?

The Castle was built by one of the corporate members in the early 1980's.  This business concept and operation has been developed since the present ownership team came together in 2000. We are now planning to open the Castle Spa to the public in 2004.

Is this for real/legal?

A healthy dose of skepticism is probably a good idea on the Web today.  However, in the case of Jambiance, we can put your mind at ease. We are not operating on US soil, the islands are governed by the more liberal Caribbean laws which lend legal support for our activities.

What’s a good time to visit?

Any time of the year is a good time to visit. We operate all year round on a weekly basis. Just let us know what dates you are interested in and we will check and confirm availability. Weekend dates (Thursday-Sunday) tend to fill up and sell out first. If you are looking for a weekend date we recommend early reservations. If you are flexible with dates, a visit during the week is a good time.  And it is more likely you will get the dates you prefer without a very early reservation.

What's the atmosphere like at the Castle?

Gentle breezes naturally cool the entire majestic stone Castle which was architecturally designed to take advantage of its position on the sea.  Jamaicans have a phrase for the feeling you will experience just being here - "Irie Vibes."  It is a very relaxed, classy facility - and our people are the same.  Of course our parties can go wild and turn the place upside down, dancing and partying the night away.  Our beachfront compound is so private we have made it clothing optional.  The seven mile long beach of Negril is only a short way down the road.  We can have a driver take you there for more fun in the sun anytime!

How is the phone answered? How is confidentiality ensured?

We have gone to great length to ensure your privacy and discretion. We do answer our business lines as "Jambiance."  However, to ensure your privacy we have complimentary cell phones available for our Package guests (with voice mail of course).  There is no charge for incoming calls.  Just give that number to your associates at home.  We can give you a phone number upon receiving your reservation deposit.  Internet access is also provided to our Package guests.

What’s the weather like in the Jamaica?

We have  consistently good weather all year round!  Almost every day is sunny and it is always warm.  The sea is sparkling clear, warm and inviting all year long. How do I make a Package reservation?

For Package stays, please give us an indication of specific dates that interest you and we will check and confirm if the dates are available. Once we have confirmed availability for your dates, you need to check with the airlines on flights. You will be met at the airport by a representative of Jambiance for transfer to our Castle, which is a short drive from the Negril airport (10 minutes) and about 60 minutes from Montego Bay Airport.

What about a Spa Reservation?

Just give us a call or email us for the date and time you would like to experience a Spa Fantasy Massage!  We do not accept "Walk-Ins", so you do need to let us know you are coming.  We can best fulfill your appointment request with as much advance notice as possible.  But normally a day in advance will do. Check rates on the "Rates" page.

And the Saturday Night Party?

Because space is limited, it is best to make party reservations well in advance.  From our email feedback, it looks like this event is destined to be extremely popular!  We may add another party night in the middle of the week to accommodate demand.

What are good days to visit (weekdays or weekends)?

We are open 7 days a week.  It does not matter whether you arrive on a weekday or weekend. There is no formal check-in or check-out time.  We are dedicated to provide a very personalized and relaxed experience.

How early in advance do we need to book?

We recommend that you request a Package or Party reservation as you begin your travel plans, or at least one month in advance.  The more limited your travel dates, the more in advance you should make a reservation.  But, if you have an opening at short notice (this weekend!), we are quite flexible for individual reservations and may be able to fit you in.  For private groups, more advance notice is recommended.  For Spa reservations, a day or two is fine.  But always, the more advanced notice the better!

Does your package include airfare?

With clients flying in from all parts of the world we are not in the position to arrange your flight. Please check with your travel agency or any online travel site for flight connections. American Airlines (AA), Air Jamaica and Delta have daily flights from major USA cities.  The Montego Bay airport identifier is MBJ when checking airfare on Orbitz, Hotwire, or  American Airlines, etc.  We are currently talking with a number of tour companies and may have specific representatives to recommend in the future.

Define Adult Entertainment!

For those of you unfamiliar with the escort service Industry, the above phrase is used to describe the full service provided by a female escort, or in this case your personal attendant/companion at the Jambiance Castle.

and the tipping mechanism . . .

Tipping during your stay at our Castle is not expected by anyone.  And, your experience will be exceptional.  As with any fine establishment where service is first-rate, you may want to tip as an expression of your appreciation.  It is a matter of individual preference.

What about health and safety?

Our Spa Attendants and Companions are provided regular medical check ups.  All our staff are selected for their personality, fitness, grooming and attractiveness.  They are further trained in maintaining our high standards of hygiene and demeanor.  

Do you offer packages for private groups?

Sure! Based on availability and advanced notice, we can provide special rates for private groups. Sharing our Castle together with friends/business associates is undoubtedly the best way to experience Jambiance. We would gladly make you an offer for a customized package once we have the specifics of your personal wishes, i.e. dates, size of group and number of companions requested.

Which Attendants/Companions will be available during my visit?

We like to keep things fresh with new girls arriving here on a monthly basis. We would be able to let you know approximately one month prior to your arrival dates whom will be available during your stay.

What can we expect from Castle Companions on a Package stay?

Unlike many escorts and professional ladies, our companions are long term guests at the Castle who set no limits to the intimacy of your experience treating you more as a lover, rather than a client.  If you are looking to indulge in some kind of sexual "fetish" fantasies we are probably not the right place. The companions are definitely not "pros" in this field and we will not get into any discussions about sexual services.

If you are looking for a romantic and personal experience with a companion, then this is the right place for you. The companions are very personal and will provide for a very intimate experience, much more than you typically get from an escort. For most of our clients it's a whole new sensual experience.  You will be sleeping with your companion, waking up with your companion, having breakfast, enjoying activities etc.

Are you allowed only one Companion for the whole stay, or can you change every day?

Is the a Spa Massage included in my package?

Yes, one Spa Massage is provided for each guest on a Package stay. (A $195 value.)

Can I stay extra days at the Castle?

You can stay as long as you like, for additional days beyond the 4 day package.  Of course this is subject to availability and prior reservations.  Extended rates range from US$1,000 per day to US$1,500 per day depending on your selected package.  We can quote you the specific rate when you request a reservation.

Can I bring my wife or girlfriend along?

Sure why not . . . anything's possible! Our emails over the past year indicate a high interest from swinging couples and couples with bi females. For this reason we have created our special " Couples Package" with a Threesome or Foursome combination!

Additional costs?

During your stay at the Castle everything is included.  All meals as well as the bar are covered. Should you decide to take a Companion out for dinner such trips are covered by the client. There is also a departure tax that must be paid at the airport before boarding an International flight, but most airlines include that tax in the ticket.

Are Passport and Visas required?

A passport is ideal but not necessary for US citizens who may enter the island with an original birth certificate and drivers license.  A visa is not required.  However, we recommend that you have a passport.

What about security?

Our Castle compound is guarded with professional 24 hour security, although it may not be readily apparent.  We think the best security force is largely invisible until you need it to act.  We also have a counter-surveillance program. You will likely never be aware of these protections.  The atmosphere we strive for at Jambiance is private, erotic, classy and just a bit wild.  We expect that our staff is treated with dignity and respect. Drunk and disorderly behavior is not tolerated. If your behavior is incompatible with our style, you will be escorted to the Airport.  If that poses a problem, law enforcement will be contacted.

How will the deposit charge for my trip appear on my credit card statement?

Deposits can be charged to your credit card and will be billed discreetly as MyPaySystems.com. All inquiries and booking details will always be treated with the strictest confidentiality.

Ok...I'm ready, what is the next step to make a reservation?

Step 1: Click on the "Check Availability" button and tell us the dates you want to stay at Jambiance.  We will respond within 24 hours.

Step 2: Click on "Make a Reservation" and follow the easy steps described there.   That's all there is to it!

Step 3: We will confirm with you once we receive your deposit. The balance is to be paid in cash or travelers checks when you arrive. That's it...your reservation is made. Email us your flight schedule and we will meet you at the airport upon arrival.
